How iMaedit Works

At iMaedit, we keep things simple and transparent. First, we start with a rough quote based on your project idea. If you're ready to move forward, we charge a non-refundable design fee that goes toward your final build. Once the design is approved, we handcraft your custom piece using high-quality materials. We offer delivery or shipping options—installation is currently not available for larger items like cabinets.

Every project begins with a conversation. Whether you have a clear design in mind or just a general idea, we take the time to understand what you’re looking for. We’ll talk through your goals, your style, and how the piece will be used in your space—making sure we’re aligned from the very beginning.

We’re here to offer guidance, inspiration, and honest feedback. From choosing wood types to epoxy colors or functional features, we work with you to develop a vision that’s both beautiful and practical. This early collaboration lays the foundation for a truly custom piece, built with purpose.

After we’ve discussed your project, we’ll provide a rough quote based on your initial ideas, materials, and dimensions. If you're happy with the direction, we’ll then require a non-refundable design fee to begin the detailed design phase. This fee covers the time and planning needed to bring your idea to life and will be applied to your final project cost if you choose to move forward with IMaedit.

From there, we create detailed sketches or mockups and refine the design with your input. Once everything is approved, we send over a finalized quote and project timeline. You'll know exactly what you're getting—and when—before any building begins. Transparency and communication are key throughout this phase.

With the design finalized, we get to work bringing your custom piece to life. Every project is handcrafted using quality materials and precision techniques. Whether it’s a table, cabinet, epoxy river piece, or built-in, we build it with care, durability, and attention to detail.

Throughout the build process, we’ll keep you updated with photos or messages so you can follow the transformation. This isn’t mass-produced work—it’s a labor of love made just for you, with a finish and fit you’ll be proud to show off.

Once your piece is complete, we inspect everything for quality before arranging local delivery or shipping, depending on your location. We package and handle each item with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition—ready to become a part of your home or space.

Please note: IMaedit currently does not offer installation for larger items such as cabinets, built-ins, or vanities. While we’re happy to deliver these pieces, installation will need to be handled by your contractor or installer. Once it’s in place, your one-of-a-kind piece will be ready to use and enjoy for years to come.
